Call for Stories for International Youth Day 2018: Safe Spaces for Youth

The youth are powerful agents of change thus important that their voices are heard. The Interagency Task Team on Young Key Population (IATT YKP) and Thematic Working Group on Youth Peace & Security (TWG YPS) calls for young people to share stories, blogs, or articles on their struggles and commitments regarding safe spaces in connection to their work in Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, Young Key Population, Comprehensive Sexuality Education, and Youth Peace & Security.

WHO: Youth in Asia and the Pacific (ages 14-30)
WHAT: Submit stories, blogs, or articles. It is highly encourage to include photos, videos, painting or drawings to the submissions.
HOW: please submit your stories at youthasiapacificregion@gmail.com.
WHEN: Deadline for submission is 25 July 2018, 1pm (BKK Time)
Terms and conditions: Your submission permits the United Nations and its partners to distribute the blog, story or article for non-profit use. Additionally, all submissions must be an original composition of the submitting individual. Please notify if you wish to use a pen name. Maximum 7-minute read comes in around 1,600 words.
